Once your coverage is placed with us, day-to-day service is provided by an assigned representative. This individual is
not only trained in insurance technicalities, but also is familiar with the procedures involved in placing and changing policies. The representative
is also responsible for overseeing claims. If your assigned representative is not available, your needs will be handled by another staff member.

employees attend courses and seminars on a regular basis, and have certifications and licensing in excess of New York State Insurance
Department requirements.
